PROJECT VELORA — SHIPPING POLICY


Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically dispatched same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the following business day.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on package size, weight, and destination. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your address.

Standard estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight: Next business day (order must be placed before 12:00 PM EST)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery location.


International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost at checkout.

Estimated international delivery times after dispatch:

  • Canada & Mexico: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–21 business days

International delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing.


Order Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you upon dispatch. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website using that number. If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, contact us at theprojectvelora@gmail.com.


Oversized & Freight Items

Certain products — including full exhaust systems, intercooler kits, and suspension packages — may qualify as oversized freight. These items may require additional lead time and will ship via freight carrier. Freight delivery requires a signature at the time of delivery. You will be contacted to schedule a delivery window for freight shipments.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the damage to both the packaging and the product before opening fully, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at theprojectvelora@gmail.com. We will initiate a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and in any secure locations on your property. If the package remains missing after 48 hours, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.


P.O. Boxes

We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses via UPS or FedEx. If a P.O. Box is provided for a carrier that does not service P.O. Boxes, we will contact you for an alternative address. USPS shipments can be delivered to P.O. Boxes.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Project Velora is not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at theprojectvelora@gmail.com — we can only modify the address before the order is dispatched.
